Who we are

Casa Alcove ("we", "us") provides holiday home and property management services in the United Arab Emirates. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through casaalcove.ae. You can reach us about anything in it at info@casaalcove.ae.

What we collect

• Details you send through our survey form: your name, WhatsApp number, email address, property area and the services you are interested in.
• Messages you send us by email or WhatsApp.
• Basic technical data recorded by our hosting provider, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site secure and working.

The income estimator runs entirely in your browser. The choices you make in it are not sent to us.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, send your income estimate and arrange a property survey.
• To provide our services if you become a client, under a separate agreement.
• To keep the website secure and understand, in aggregate, how it is used.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host, form processing provider and email provider, and only for the purposes above. Some of these providers may store data outside the UAE. Where that happens, we take steps to make sure your data stays protected.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond and follow up, then delete them unless you become a client or ask us to keep in touch.

Your rights

Subject to applicable UAE data protection law, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent you have given. Email info@casaalcove.ae and we will respond as soon as we can.

Cookies and local storage

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If you switch between light and dark mode, your choice is saved in your own browser so the site remembers it. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.

Changes

We may update this policy as our services develop. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
